There are some PR changes to sites I monitor, so something has happened.

Remember that the last PR export was very old - around 5 weeks. Who knows, maybe G is trying to provide toolbar data that is not ancient...

 

I think this PR update sucks many good pages lost PR and bad pages got PR

 

For me as well Google is not showing any toolbar updates across all websites.

 

I can also confirm a PR Update - I had some new sites with PR N/A (grey) and they are now PR0 as of today.

Back links updates in each and every website i am working right now.

but PR has not been changed yet in any website...

This might takes sevaral hours or a day to accomplish...

your right I had the error twice tried it a third time and it worked. I have also tried many sites after and they worked as well. I'm not sure what the issue was.
