I personally think that India can make law only for .in series domains and not for International extentions as ppl are easily hosting adult and warez over that. As on on alchohal bottels they put warning : Drinking Alchohal is Injurious to health.

It also applies on Adult contents. You will see many adult site mentioning warning on there homepage.

In India also Adult contents are not allowed if you are below 18 years old. Some 1 months back we got a news that Indian Govt given green signal to show adult contents in night on TV channels.

Well as I think none of the country says that you can host or link warez but people do bec of loop holes in law.

When did Airtel start offering 100 Mbps and i don't think this is possible even with their leased circuits and I don't get the download speed of more than 64 KBps (so not more than 512 Kbps)

P.S: I have a 2 Mbps line at my workplace and i have tested it from one of my server on 100 Mbps dedicated port and both have the same speeds.

Average Speed to my US Server was 21.73 KB/s.

I also doubt this. Maximum speed they have is 8 Mbps. May be some special plan for server hosting.
