How do people get those high paying clicks?

Have you ever asked yourself how people are getting .50 cents or even $2.00
dollars per click? Maybe they're getting even more then that. How do they do it?

We all know by now that the niche, or the subject we choose to write about
plays a major role in the amount of money we make on our site. This, obviously
    aside from traffic.

Another major factor that decides the amount of money you will get per click
    is the AdWords Bidding Factor.

I posted a similar thread to this, but I clearly wanted to point out to you guys
that you can get more money per click, however, you're going to have to delete
almost all of your ads to do so.

Instructions on how to Maximize your Earnings

    1) Delete all link units.
    2) From the ad units left, delete all but your Ad Unit with the highest CTR.
    3) Watch your money per click greatly rise.

Reasoning: Lower ads on your page or even on the ad unit themselves payout far
less. In simple terms, top AdWords' bidders get top spot. When that top spot
is clicked you make more. When other ads or ad links below it are clicked, you get
    less.

If you can direct all your people to click one Ad Unit, you can make a whole bunch
more money then if they're clicking ads all over your page.

    Good Luck.

Worked for me. I have already made this morning what I would've made in a normal day.
eCPM has increased over 1000% in some cases. In other cases it's increased 900%. My
    CTR has gone up also!

PS: I got a click almost worth a dollar for an acne - proactive niche today. :)
That hasn't happened in a long time!

Yeah. If your ad isn't well placed. Not old news dude. It's working as we speak.
Look, do you want 10 cents per click or 40-50 or more cents a click?

Do you want to make more and have a better looking site, or make less with a
    crappy filled ad site?

If you want to make less on a crappy site full of ads, be my guest. However,
if you delete all your ads besides one I do guarantee an increase in earnings per click.

You will also likely see a major increase in your actual earnings. This morning I have
already topped out what I would normally make in only a day. Anyhow, if you don't
want to try that's your choice. Keep earning those 10 cent clicks and make yourself
take 10 clicks to make a dollar. Well you do this, it will only take me 2 clicks to get my
earnings to match yours for the day...

On average, I get about 30 to 60 cents a click and sometimes I get clicks over $2.00. My niche is real estate.

    here are my tips:

    1. do not use borders on ads
    2. put one ad above the pagefold (preferably the horizontal 5 link unit )
    3. put one ad on the left sidebar. (preferably the vertical wide banner.)
    4. put an ad up before your posts. (preferably the large rectangle)
    5. blend template ads work better for me than match template ads

I would like to ask if CTR effects the paying rate?

I don't believe there is a set niche that pays more. I think sometimes you get lucky, and other times you don't get lucky.

Are you saying that ads you blend into the content work better than ads that match the color scheme of the template?
