    PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME PMs ABOUT SMALL SITES (revenue less than $x,xxx monthly), ADULT SITES, TORRENT SITES, ETC.

    1. Women related (anything clean goes)
    2. Family
    3. Technology
    4. Webmastery

    If you own a community that is a fit or know someone who does and are willing to connect me with them, please PM me. I will pay a finders fee of up to $10,000 depending on the sales price and what we negotiate.

    We want forums, blogs, and content sites with high traffic, high posting activity, and a large membership.

    Yes you don't seem to realize how many websites are out there is this your max budget Leed or could you get a budget of xx,xxx,xxx ? I mention this because I have contacted a website I feel would be a great compliment to your V7N.com. Please talk to me soon its not a little site but its a little over your budget.

    I have had several people point me to the SP marketplace. I am very familiar with their site and have bought numerous sites through SitePoint over the years. Thanks for the suggestion, but I am already there. :)
