Google only showing Image ads

    Hi,
    I have activated google to show both image ads and text ads.
    But 98% it show only image ads, why??

    of course it shows text ads, but the question is, why only show image ads when i choose to show both?

    Not really sure as I've never experienced this scenario before. Could there be any chance image ads advertisers could have outbid the text ads to appear on the slot? That's the only reason which I can think of.

    Hi,

    thats strange its onyl showing images ads, but i think some of the other ads companies do this sometimes, but it might be because text link bids have outbid the image link bids & depending on these bids this confirms what has to be shown in the ad...this is how its determined...so i have been told!

    You are seeing only the first one, because i hve entered to only show text ads on it, and there are also 2 another.
    But all other, who are going to show both image and text, are just showing image ads.

    it also show more of image ads on my site when i chose to show both the ratio for me is around 60-40.
