Hi to all Dper, I had launched this blog 3 week before. I have nearly 50 new and unique articles on it. The theme looks a bit attractive to the niche it belong. HollywoodHott I need few suggestions like how do i promote it and how do i get more traffic. Secondly is google adsense enough or i should put few more ads. If i want to flip this blog what may i get... Things i have done.. 1) Daily 2-3 blog posting on various sites. 2) Pinging it daily 3) Social bookmarking it Also please review this site....
It looks fine to me....I found some pretty interesting blog posts to read about. In order to promote it, maybe you can get involved in movies and celebrity forum with your signatures in it. Since it's a celebrity blog, the best way to really drive the traffic is to concentrate on optimizing image files for search engines. If you want to monetize from it, I'm afraid, it's quite a low paying niche in adsense. Maybe you can look into advertising revenues coming from selling ads banner. I hope that helps.
The theme looks very generic I don't like it because I've seen it many times before. I think you should get a different theme.
The theme is not really what I'd connect with hollywood (rather with barbie). Personally, I consider red/pink a no-go for text. The frontpage is not really the place to put ads. For once it lists very deiverse articles and therefore alos has diverse ads and second it does not leave a good impression on the visitor if the first things s/he sees is advertisement. I'd suggest putting the ad blocks in the article texts and nowhere else. Maybe put the site up for review here: http://review.onyxbits.de Gets you a free backlink and maybe some traffic.
