Is hosting will be dominant or effectuate for SERP ?

if yes, how to choose the best hosting for increase my SERP in google ?

Yes, the hosting has some effect in SERO. Before hosting you must plan in which country you are going to target your website? If you are going to make a website for Germany then it's better to host your site in German server and if you are going to target Us then Us server will do great work for your SERP in google. Google always supports local websites. So, while searching websites it highly recommend to the same location from where the query is given.
