I am the same having issues with this person, his name Daniel Linwaite. I only paid $50 dollars up front, he wanted more, glad now I didnt, i saw small bit of work that would have took 5mins if that to do then nothing more. I have him still on skype, put paypal dispute on with him, he seems to be going under different names and websites another link i had for him was http://danlinners.com/index.html, the whois matched the flookie website so its the same person ive worked that out Bit of a nitemare to say the least, I am so annoyed at being done, if I knew his address was the correct one I could arrange to have someone go chap his door if need be
well stick to the pay pal dispute, put a detailed chargeback. i am sure you'll get your money back atleast
I knew his first name was daniel, I believe he is quite young, are you sure his surname is linwaite? I might be able to get a home phone number for him and possibly speak to someone like his parents! I sent him $175, and have only seen 3 sites, all were the same but with a different slogan! Ok, After much hard work I have found out that he is called Daniel Linthwaite, and live in Kent in the UK. He runs www.flookie.co.uk, and also is about to set up www.thrashgraphics.com I have his mobile number and also his home phone number so if you want to ring his parents and get a full refund, and also get him controlled by his parents then contact me. Here on DP he goes by the name kink and luk-3 but I expect he will be setting up another account soon, if you have been scammed by this user, then this is your chance for justice
Glad you find that much information about him, I hope you and others get a refund. The guy is definitely punished, this thread shows up for his name in Google, not the best way to start a designing career.
It would seem this kid has actually been going through some tough times, I luckily got on the phone to him and he was online all this morning and sent me 8 of the 12 designs, despite the time it has taken, and the trouble, the job he has done is very good. Daniel Linthwaite.... this guy is a complete NIGHTMARE! i have paid for some web designing to be done over three months ago... as somebody already said, he does a few basic samples to get your attention and then after that doesn't send you anything at all. I have been speaking to him online and all i get is oh im not at home, or ill send you the files later. Would it be possible for somebody to give me some details as this has gone on for far too long?? Im guessing that he is a lot younger than you portrays himself to be over the internet. he said to me he was 22... ovbiously he is not. He has worked under the name of ' kink graphics ' (after getting banned on here) he is now ' flookie media ' . I am doing this to hopefully stop othere from making the samemistake as i did. The work he was supposed to do was for all of the competitions that i have held which is why i have not chosen an winners for those who are curious.
Hi Guys, I got my designs eventually but 4 weeks late! In the end I rung his home number and left a message saying I would take legal action against him unless something was done, even after that he took ages to do the work. His name is Daniel Linthwaite, He is regularly online if you check his deviantART account, but he appears offline on MSN to avoid customers. He is 16 and lives with his mum and sister. When I first threatened to call his home he told me not to bother because he lived with his friends! I called the number 15 minutes later and his Mum answered. He goes by the name of Kink Graphics, Flookie New Media, Dan Linners, and a few others. If you want his home phone number to call his Mum then I am more than happy to give it to you Thanks Jonathan
Update! I have not heard from this guy for a long time, he said he would give me a refund but a week later said that paypal wouldnt allow him to. PLEASE has anybody got another method of contact for this guy?

This guy is still a fraudster... Said he would pay back money but STILL has not! He is now ignoring me on MSN. This recent post is just because he is trying to cover his tracks... I have been waiting for 5 month for a refund... Do not use this guy... YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Hi I sadly purchased £120 worth of web design stuff from flookie.co.uk and although he half completed my red alert site he has disappeared. If you can please give me his contact number, I have his address and my father is a lawyer so my father is setting up a case which will be opened if he fails to provide my refund within the next 48 hours via PayPal. If flookie is on the forums I recommend you do the right thing and complete my refund in PayPal. It saves alot of time opening the small claims court case. This will be the second person ive sent to court this month.
I eventually got a refund from him through paypal about week or two back. He promised me a logo right enough for all the hassle, but have I heard anything since, nope, didnt think I would I dont understand why he has not been banned from here?
