Problem in creating phpBB forum category

I have installed phpBB. Now i wana to create categories. I have created one category named "My Second Category" & two sub forums under this. but non of them is displaying. Anyone can help me where is the problem

 

Do they show up under "Manage Forums" in your AdminCP?

 

thanks for reply. the prob is sovled now. i was not setting up the permission correctly thats y the prob occured. Now its working fyn..
can u please tell me hw can i edit forum main page to put some menus on top like this site

You just need to edit template files

Just edit the header templates files. But it is not easy, remember it.
