"It is official, Yahoo! Buzz is open. " That's all I received today. But i wonder it worked for a long time. Why should I receive that type of message. By the way, I saw that it looks like Digg.com, as it's reserved for Website Publishers.
Don't forget, NoFollow is a GOOGLE thing. You can get great backlinks from High PR (8 or 9) NoFollow sites, such as YouTube that may give your good SERP in another search engine. Not EVERYBODY uses Google ALL the time.
I think AngelaE8654's actually right about the nofollow only being part of the Google algorithm. I read that other engines use similar things *and do take the nofollow into play* but aren't necessarily designed around them. For now, I think I'll keep using Digg.
Thanks for this information...I was not sure about MSN... I will definately try it once and see what kind of traffic it can deliver
If I'm not mistaken, MSN, Yahoo, and G all signed some anti-spam deceleration crap and vowed to respect the nofollow tag. I think Ask doesn't pay any attention to nofollow but you won't be getting much traffic from them...
I dont know i have just installed it. Looks fairly simple to me.. Yes it resembles diggs but i felt it is faster i mean graphic wise(less graphic so loads faster and less step to choose). Easy to install. I am just gonna use it with digg nothing bad in trying something new. About the no follow tag lemme tell u my experience. By mistake the website i had made when i was a newbie i did not remove the no follow tag with very little effort my website came to SE first page with few keywords. SE definitely respects no follow tags. if its a hit and visitors come in that website it will definitely be good in terms of SEO. so lets just wait and see wht happens next.
