Didn't get email receipt from name.com

Hi, I don't know if this is a big deal or not, but for some reason I didn't get a receipt in my inbox. When I log in to the name.com, I can see the domain names I got, so it's not an issue atleast in there. I contacted them and they told me that I should have received one....I checked my junk mail and still couldn't find it.

Is this anything to worry about? What should I do?

I know I always get a receipt when I buy from them.
If you didn't receive it, the best you can do is contact them to send you another one.
Although I don't think it's a big deal when you have the domains in your account.

i always get my receipts instantly. i think it's something to worry about if it keeps happening. but if it's just this one instance, just check with your credit card company to make sure the proper charge was made.

I think you've got the wrong email ID added to your Name.com account.

I would recommend you login to your "Account Settings" and check the email ID you're checking the Name.com email in.

Most likely, it'll be sorted out.

I had the same problem about a week back - but I sorted it out this way.
