    That is pretty gross haha. I couldn't imagine the feeling of having your elbow on the inside of your arm. He should of dropped it though, once the weight gets behind your back on a snatch you have no choice, well except to hurt yourself :).

    It's the orange one I swear! Take them in twoosies, starting with the 3 smallest first. Then I do the white ones in 2s, grey ones and then that wottsit looking one. It's orange and smells and tastes like shit.

    Just take them like a man lol, they are some pretty big tabs though but i just downed them at once the up bit is you end up downing a bottle of water to take them.

    Bahh I can take the entire pack 'and do' daily with one gulp, barely any water. I can actually take the entire pack in one swallow w/o any water or liquid if my mouth isn't too dry.

    Na, I just used to take so damn many I got very good at it.

    It's a bitch though sometimes a capsule will get stuck in your throat and 30 minutes or so later you'll hiccup or cough powder up :D
