is alright for ppl to call jesus father??? ive been reading bible and it doesnt make sense but ive heard ppl do it
They can call Him whatever they like. But I know for myself that God is the Father of all. Jesus is just His manifestation. A lot of churches in America imprint in the heads of their members that Jesus=God 100%. Which makes no logical sense if you read the Old testament and the New Testament. In Christianity we don't kill for insulting God or Jesus unlike some other religions. Actually one of the reason why Jesus was killed by the jewish elders was that He called Himself the Son of God. So He Himself acknowledges He is not God, but His Son. As a matter of fact we are all God's children. We didn't come out of nowhere.
Humanity improved since then. Today people are not killed for that, just put into a mental health facility
ST12, that is without a doubt 100% wrongg. Jesus called himself god the father many times in the new testament. If you understand the meaning of "I AM" you would know he did. He is also mentioned in the old testament by Isiah himself 7:10-14 in which he calls him the emmanuelle, the ever lasting father, the prince of peace. Emmanuelle means god with us. Its abvious you have no knwledge of the bible whatsoevetr or you would not have stated what you just posted. Cientificlofo, he called himself the son of god and he also called himself god the father. You guys definately need to brush up on your bible reading lol. Pushing a lie out of ignorance doesnt automatically transform it into the truth. Now i agree we are all gods children but if your gonna quote the bible please make sure you post facts.
I never read a bible i belongs to Hindu religion But Still I believe in him as i believe God is one (( Sabka Malik ek !! ) For me Jesus is father mother brother and Everything..!! I wish God Bless us all and give success to everyone over here and around us Rajat Chugh
Now that is one of the most compassionate, empathetic posts i have ever seen. You truely have goodness in your heart man.
I believe John 1 clarifies that Jesus is God, but is not the same person as God the Father. When you are praying using the name "Father"... you are praying to God the Father, through God the Son, Jesus Christ, by God the Holy Spirit. This is in reference to the trinity.
