Those link units used to work well for me on an arcade type site, you could try making the links the same colour as your header and see if the CTR increases further!
That blends really well with the site and looks like a menu bar at the top. No wonder you get high ctr, it's almost misleading to customers. I bet it's not against TOS though, good work sir.
Google AdSense now has a policy that REQUIRES you to have a privacy policy. I could not find yours. Some guys are getting banned because they dont have a privacy policy. So better grab one of your own asap.
Dude, this is not misleading. The ad code was not modified nor any changes being made. It looks like a category of the website as these are ad links. You too can have them on your sites. These ad links typically give you a CTR between 20-30%. They are very effective for conversions too. cheers

To increase the CTR do the following 1. Blend your Ad background with your content. 2. Stay away from the Default Adsense Template. 3. Use Blue Links. 4. Use fewer Adsense Units. 5. Test, Test, Test. This is the most important concept of all. Never get too complacent with your CTR. You can probably always do better. Always use channel tracking to follow your changes. From looking @ your site, I would use a color picker to make the "ads by Google" color background match with your header's color back and the ads links color match with your navigator's links. These changes will improve CTR even further. Tintpro
