These aren't usually a straight up scam but there are some things to look out for.

First of all, a safe list is obviously a list you can mail to pitch products. Everyone that joins can do the same which means they are already getting "spammed" to death and your mail will be stuck in a pile of many others just like it.

More importantly, how do people get on this safe list? A lot of these places require people to join their safe list to be able to mail the list and others require you to join to get x, y or z for free!!?!. Obviously, these won't convert like people that signed up because they wanted to so you'll send 500k mails and get 50 clicks that don't care.

    Hope this helps some.

    Fine

My main concern is how this "service" can be legit?

    IMO it can't be legit

And if it's a scam or if it's not legit, how can it use ClickBank?

Why wouldn't it be legit? There is nothing illegal about it and even if there were there are other countries besides USA.

It's best to avoid buying or renting lists in general as it can cause some issues about spam and unsolicited mail. But that's just my advice, also the site doesnt look kocher

I just keep thinking of that old saying "if it looks too good to be true it probaby is". I mean, double opt-in list, thousands of names, one time low price. Just seems too good.

    Same opinion

But why ClickBank does accept this kind of websites within its network?
