    Make sure DW is open then do the following,

    1) Alt + F4
    2) Ctrl + Esc
    3) All Programs ->
    4) Accessories
    5) Notepad.

    That should solve the issues.

    This site is really liked by Google. This thread shows up on the first page of google when typing dreamweaver cs3 slow. I just posted this today!
