Free PR anything directories

Hello,

I'm just starting the link building for some new sites.

What are some free (reciprocal not required) directories out there?

Also, if you know of some quality ones for an e-mail help desk forum please post those too.

You should really search the forum before posting such MUCH asked question .. I recommend this Free Directory List. IVS is another popular directory list.

I would do a Google search or sift through the directory announcements here.

BTW: What up in the ROC, im from Rochester as well.

 

I've been through the forum and google/yahoo searches.

90% of the results are sites that no longer exist.

Here is a list of free directories. You can use the search to narrow the list by niche, PR, traffic, etc.

 

Rochester is good. I've been here about 6 years now.

I still prefer Buffalo over Rochester.

 

Did you try Vmoptions list? It's updated almost everyday. I have another list in my SIG and I try to keep it updated.

 

I personally think the info.vilesilencer.com has the best list.. The only thing is it hasn't been updated too much lately as Dan (the owner) is working on a "new site" which I'm sure will make his list a lot more popular from what I have already seen but it's still worth using at the moment.

Otherwise I would also try addurl.nu (this was the first one i ever used and it is updated regularly).
