I want to know where is it showing on the homepage and why is it not visible.

And also it's a mismatch with site's theme. So probably if I could remove it.

Anything with display:none as a style declaration will not be displayed. You probably want to remove the whole thing (from <div id=... to </div>).

I removed the theme and have reloaded it fresh and the link has vanished. I think, it was an hacking attempt at the site by putting up a hidden link in the theme. Things are working fine now. Hopefully it remains so.

Thank you everyone for the support

I don't think it would have been a hacking attempt. It's more likely that they were just after a backlink, which is reasonable since they have provided you with a free wordpress theme.

But that link was not part of the theme when I had uploaded it. A little more research and I found that that particular link is neither part of theme as on day on other sites that are using the same theme.

Hence when I downloaded the theme again (fresh) and reloaded on the site, the poker link was gone.
