3. What happens if a complaint is received?

We guarantee a setup time within 24 hours, but the usual setup time is around 1-8 hours. Factors which may affect the setup time include control panel installations, server hardening and optimization etc...

how many ip's on this please? and costs of extra's?

 

We provide 1 IP, then 1 free IP upon justification.

After that its £1.50 per IP Address. You may think this price is pretty high, but as some of you will know RIPE can be a bit funny about handing out IP Addresses sometimes.

But if you purchase in bulk, the price per IP will decrease.
