    well there are other free social networking scripts like elgg and phpizabi too .. which are easier to code and customise ;)

    I have a habit of saying the weirdest things...but I'd suggest PHPFOX (im one of the few happy users I guess) , though I recently dropped them for Joomla + 3rd Party script integrations.

    PhPFox ver 1.6.20 is awesome and the support has gotin much better since ownership change + tons of mods available (both free and paid) very easy to use admin check my site pm me for url
