Nonsense. Plenty of members make that much and more through copywriting, web design, affiliate marketing, and adsense with nothing more than time, ingenuity and a computer. I assume the original poster has the last one...the question is, what are your skills? Offering manual submission services is one way, but to provide a quality service earning that much will take a full-time effort. Not only the work itself, but communicating with customers and researching the sites. A good niche directory service might be popular if you are good with Google and can build custom lists. And please don't offer services which are of low quality here. Whatever you do, care for your reputation and those who trust you with their promotion budgets. In the long run, you will earn much more that way. Always provide a report of the services you provide.

if you know web design you could make accounts to freelancer sites and bid on projects. A simple website would go for around 150-200$ and if you're good at it you will finish it really really fast, in 2-3 days tops.
OP want to make $200 in less than a week, not in one day BTW its not that much difficult if you have talent DON.
