Drop Down Back Links...

Let share with me why back links dropped after some time??????Is some thing wrong going on with website or some thing else?????

U should put your attention on contents rather than on ???.but i 'l try to overcome my this mistake...Thanks!!!!

 

I'm not exactly sure what u mean by your question but people do remove links

 

ok 've a look, if a website have 3000 back links after some time it becomes 2950...i just want to know the reason of dropped links

 

There are tons of reasons behind it like quality of your link backs may go down... Use google webmaster tools....

btw 50 link back difference on 3000 is nothing......

 

I just gave the rough idea but difference could be more.... so can you please tel me the top reason for this fall

 

My suspicion is that in the run-up to the time of the last PR update, Google de-indexed lots of directory pages and people lost backlinks as a result. Perhaps this happened to your site.

There are several reasons for drop down of backlinks

1) May be directories or websites where your links was ,is now penalized
2) May social bookmarking, directories, and classified links are expired

 

Can social book marking site expire????

 

When you buy links buy the hundreds and thousands most of the sites you get linked to are crap.

Crap site go down every week they get kicked off google, they can’t pay their hosting, they aren’t making money so they drop the site and then you link goes away along with the fly by night spammy link site.

As backlinks increase, in the same way they decrease also

A number of reasons are there. The main reason being some of the directories remove your site's link after a specified time,so if the google crawler comes at that time when your link is removed, it updates its database and hence results in decrease in number of backlinks
