Hey guys, Im new to the CPM market and ive seen alot of mixed thoughts about google adsense CPM, Most say its bad but their are a few people who say they pay good. Im just wondering if I was to get around 1000 unique visitors per day, would that atleast earn over $30 with google adsense? I know its impossible to give a exact figure of the earning but im sure its possible for a minimum earning from somebody who has used it and has experience. Thanks in advance.
Without any special matter dont get shocked if u earned like 0.15 per day. AdSense some time suckx big time. bt it could be good also. Ad placing is also very important as like Niche.
You mean $30/month or $30/day ? $30/day is almost impossible with 1000 uniques/day. What is your niche?
Let me just say that I get around 1300 -1500 uniques per day on a game site and it's making me around $25 / day...so yes it's possible. I have around a 4% CTR. If you had those stats on a decent paying niche, I don't see why you couldn't make $50 a day...just keep working at it and the results will come.
I'd agree it all depends on niche and placement. one of my sites sees around 70-100 uniques a day and does anywhere from $2 to $12 a day.
I would say that it is possible to make $10/day from 1000 unique visitors, if they check at least 2 pages on average daily and you also have one or two other complementary ad programs( kontera comes to mind) Or you might be able to sell ads yourself and cut out the middle men

I think another important factor is page views. If you are getting 1000 uniques visitors a day, but only 1000 page views, you'll earn less than someone getting 1000 UV a days with 5000 page views. CPM is usually based off page views, not unique visitors. A very good CPM in a competitive niche can payout $10-$40 CPM. Hence that might net you $30/day. An average CPM may fall in the $4-7 range... with means you might muster up $4-7/day with that traffic. Hope this helps.
BTW - In one my more expensive niches, when I am receiving 1000 UV a day, I am usually making around $100/day or more... Unfortunately I rarely see that kind of traffic to this niche since it is very competitive... =)
1500 uniques in gaming niche can't earn you $25/day. Lol I have 3000 uniques and still earn below $20/day.
All decent niches will get you above $30 with 1000 uniques, provided that you place your ads in the right place.
It really does...it fluctuates between $18-$30, but it's normally in the mid to high $20's. Here's a screen shot. I have two other channels for this site that do $5.00-$10.00 a day...so you can see that about $30 / day is possible. I average 4-5 pageviews per UV...which helps. The most UV's I've ever had in a day is 1400.
I would say that making $10, $20 and $30/day is definitely possible with 1000 UV/day if you're targeting the right niche and have organic traffic from SERPs. If you're getting a ton of hits but no clicks, then chances are your traffic isn't targeted, ad placements are off and/or your site isn't optimized to show relevant ads for your niche. It's not about the quanity of traffic but more so about quality. There are enough ppl here on DP that would attest to that.
$500 a day is possible with 1000 u/v - but extremely rare. You have to have the right niche that has a high payout and provides great content - an authority site. There is no way to judge what you will earn until you try it.
