    Answer to the poll. Me personally, cold is the way to go. Nothing wakes you up better in the morning than some nice icy water pouring down on ya'.

    I love a steaming hot shower, the kind of shower that feels like you're skin is burning. The hotter the better!!

    Then right after jump in the bath tub of cold water :D

    That'll wake you up.

    Nothing beats icy cold water to wake you up every morning and nothing also beats the warm hot shower when it's cold.

    I like hot shower when it's winter and cold when it is summer :D and lukewarm when it is not so hot and not so cold :D ehehe

    I love cold in all seasons . But when i come back from long tour than sometimes i go for hot water because this help us to feel good .
