Just wanted to check if anyone is still getting good conversions from them?

 

Totally depends on your definition of the word "good"

My conversion rate is down about 30-40% since this time last year. But I'm still making good money...

 

My conversion rate is down 50%.. It's really bad.. .. I am running thumbplay.. What are you running?

Well I am "Too lazy" to set up a PPC campaign so I only make conversions via my normal web site traffic, so it is actually pretty and I can't complain much if it doesn't perform well, but for the past year it has been just fine, I tweaked by making my landing pages better(which you should do). I get up to 1 sign up per 12 clicks. Not bad.

What I suggest is you tweak your landing pages, see if that improves it.

 

hint... old domains work like magic for natural conversions. Get them ranking for a few medium traffic keywords and it's money in the bank

 

Anyone has trouble to get ringtone ads approve?

Most of my ads get disapprove...

 

Google has been very strict lately on approvals, but follow all the rules and its not a problem.

 

there are other ways to make money with ringtones other than PPC...

 

ringtones are no good anymore. They are now being considered spam on the net for the most part and people arn't buying ringtones as much as they used to.
