hungamaonline.net toplevel and sub domains are redirecting towards domain parking site, which is not mine. And I can't login in cpanel or domain manager area.

    subdomains:
    blog.hungamaonline.net
    webdir.hungamaonline.net

WHOIS record says, my name server has been changed, and currently website status is inactive.

Someone has been hacked my site?

Someone has stolen your password and changed your domain settings? Did you lock your domain?

You should contact the registrar and explain your situation.

It's not site. The domain record seems to be hijacked.
You should tell the domain registrar that your domain points to wrong site and you can't login to control panel.

Hey, No matter what they have changed, you still should be able to log in and manage your domain. If you can't log in (with your valid password), it means there is a problem: either you've forgotten your login/password or someone hijacked your account and changed the password. You should work with your registrar to be able to log in and manage your domain. If they don't allow to manage your domain, then transfer it to another registrar (e.g. godaddy) and ask for refund.
