Is the web address you've given correct? The page doesn't load for me. As NinjaCluster said, backlinks are links from other websites that point to your website. Sometimes it's referred to as IBL, inbound links. The more sites that link to yours, the better you'll rank in Google. Is your robots.txt file keeping Google spider from crawling all of your website?
