Hello everyone i just wanted to warn everyone to stay away from these people for numerous reasons.(been with them belive me) 1. Constant downtime 2. Horrible support 3. non functional reseller panel. (for example the only thing you can do is grant accounts reseller rights NOTHING else) 4 They say unlimited but nowere near when you reach 10gb they say thwy dont want to host you anymore. Oh and they have disabled cpanel backup so no chance of getting your files off it. 5. Live support is never up. So i would call it a streight out scam. Just trying to help the communitiy.
Mellowhost, Can you comment on Vengence post? Im hosting 2 sites with you and Im afraid that his point #4 will be an issue in the future
I'm with him for several months, and no problem with their support team, actualy great support for me. I never using live support, send your problem from client area.

I know things do not happen the same as people always wanted, but this case? All other functions work perfectly, like change pass, terminate, suspend, unsuspend. In case you have lots of accounts, for suspend, unsuspend and terminate, it will simply run the server command which will cause the occurance without any problem, but as it gets late to get the xml api update, it doesn't remove it from mysql database, this will be fixed on MR v 1.5, i think this was announced earlier. We have never scheduled the live support, as none of the employee in our desk wants to take this bundle, this is only scheduled at a regular basis on Thrusday and Friday. Anyway, as far i m aware, DP rules for sales thread was updated. Have a look at that first

Thanks for clarifying. I already know about the 10gb quota limit on the cpanel reseller account but can be changed in WHM, and also i do have unmetered resellers with unmetered quota. I thought what Vengeance was telling was you kicked him out of mellow host when he reached 10gb.
