I need your suggestions for ad placement on this website www.mithilaconnect.com. Are ad banners out of fashion ? Getting 150 views daily but not too much conversion for adsence.

Hi J ! Thanks for the honour ! , but i am still a learner. Regarding your blog ( Jason's) i think an image banner of 728X90 would better fit the bill instead of the used text banner. By the way how much traffic are you getting ?
