Your site looks OK, get yourself a decent header with a logo designed. The black seems a bit much. Maybe you could create a border around the main content and give the background either side a slightly different colour.

I'd also look into getting a search box as I'm sure some people will be too lazy to use the A-Z thing.

Get rid of the link to us page and concentrate on building a page worth linking to. Redesign your layout, and give internet goers a reason to stay.

Add some graphics.
