vcc is not safe but if you don't have any option
you can use it. but try to find a good vcc seller in other forums.
i am also looking for a vcc seller in other forums too

 

Its not safe, but if you dont tell the seller what account your using your safe..
So dont tell the seller what account you added the vcc.. no matter what..
Also i had a few vcc's for sale but people bought.. I am working on getting more!

Using VCC with paypal is 100% unsafe and against paypal's TOS.
There is always a change to get your paypal account limited, and when paypal ask you for credit card account statement you will be in problem as paypal didn't accept soft copies like screenshot of account statement.

Im using vcc to verified and work with without any problem but yeah maybe doesn't 100% save

 

The whole purpose of verification is so that Paypal can determine that you are who you claim to be and that you have a good credit history by using your bank checks on you (which they would do before issuing a credit card to you) to perform that test.

If you use a VCC which you bought then you are effectively lying about your identity because you are using someone's else credit card and identity to determine that you are the other person. In some places this can be considered as identity fraud and it may be a criminal offense. It is like using someone's else passport to travel or using someone's else urine for a drug test.

There is no good which could come from using a VCC. As you know, paypal is a place where frauds abounds, it is probably because people uses loopholes to fool the system, one good example is the use of VCC.

 

Yes you can own verify Paypal account by VCC.

But i don't know that how many is this cost.

 

VCC is not very Good when it comes to opening disputes with Paypal..

Beside not allowed and usafe, I've heard that such practice may lead you to get your account frozen or limited, unabled to send or withdraw, but just receiving.

 

if you are collecting large amount of money using VCC approved paypal, you run the risk of losing all that money if paypal smells a rat.

a safer way is to verify your account with a usa bank account. Because they are legit bank accounts it will not violate anything if paypal found out about the vcc you would get limited

 

if you verify with vcc , is safe receive up to 600 usd. each payment less 200 usd . but only receive then your account have 10 or more days of registration.

Yes, I also use vcc and withdraw via bank account since I don't have cc to withdraw. try to contact mafustedo for vcc.
