i am in search of a designer for a re design. the site is http://www.siddhachalam.org. i require a designer who is not only creative but who understands usability best practices and functionality. please provide sample mockups of the homepage with usuability improvements (when creating mockups please compenstate for 25 pages (meaning sample nav within the mockup should make room for 25 nav links or buttons)). also with your mockup, please provide pricing. the best mockup will get the project. ongoing updates to the site will also be awarded to the designer we choose.
If you're not looking to hire one designer right off the bat, then you'd be better off making this a contest then hiring the designer who made the best template to continue working for you.
