I think I am very blind because I checked https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside and see that Sending money is still free.

Could you point to the exact page which says that sending money through a Business Account would be charged a fee.

I had a Business account last year when I was more active with Paypal and send money all the time using my business accounts and was never charged a fee for doing so. I was only charged when I receive money and it is still the same with my premier acocunt.

If your definition of 'recent' was anything before 2005 then it is possible. Because when I signed up for my account way back in 2005, I did not see any fees for receiving money through paypal. Early last year, I've signed up for my business account and never got charged anything for sending money.

Was your experience with your business account different in that respect ?

You are not charged when sending money... only when you receive funds.

Perhaps you got confused with Moneybookers or ePassporte where there is a fee to sending money.

well even business account can send money for free... there is no charge for sending money at paypal... only have to pay fees if receive money.. but if you receive money from mass pay then you dont even have to pay fees also... so if you make payment to 30 or 40 peoples in a day then to save them there fees, use mass pay system of paypal and the peoples who will receieve your money will not have to pay any fees...

If you pay using Mass Pay, the sender would need to pay up to $2 per transaction in fees and since it is supposed to be used by an affiliate program owner to their affiliates, you would most likely lose the ability to raise a dispute if you use mass pay.
