    Ariestoteles you are making this seem as if I am doing something wrong. I have checked over both TOS and there is nothing telling me that I cant do this I am acting as the middle man I get designs and present them to my client (who I have obtained permission from to post the contest on other forums) and he choose's hes logo and then he i pay the winner.

    No you wouldn't, trust me.. you definitely wouldn't.. and btw, its a contest over there, its not a fixed project between you and the contest holder :p so you can't really call it your 'private client'

    It's definitely wrong, and also 99Designs.com doesn't allow you to hold a contest on another forum. It's up that site, not the individual contest holder over there.

    Don't you feel any guilt? We all know you wouldn't select a winning entry if you didn't win on 99Designs, and that means this contest should really be void.

    If you wrote me a novel, and I sold the idea for millions, would you not be annoyed? If you cant produce original work yourself, then don't enter these contests. Should be banned from both here and 99designs for being so disrespectful to designers and contest holders.
