Try http://www.warezserve.com They are based in iran and offer quite a bit of bandwidth for good prices........As iran have no copyright laws on american stuff they dont get done in and ur as safe as u will ever be...And yes they allow uploading to server
basically this is for my friend who wants to host a script which he does not have the rights to.all he wants that the host does not scrap off his site when the owner of the script comes running.he wants to take backup before the host scraps off his site.any clue which hosting should he use.
The reason why the sigh i sugested is slow is because you are probably in america or somewhere like that and as iran is like miles and miles away then its gonna be slow isnt it....You cant expect to go to every website in every country and get really fast speeds
i agree with priviet02, i use warezserve.com i really pleased..because in use nulled vbulletin and upload media files withour copyright and but hosting from many company in hong kong,panama,pennysilvania,malaysia but i use warezserve.com for a month and it is really good because one of the warezserve staff show me the email of vbulletin and mthat they says "warezserve.com should remove my host because i use nulled script and they do not suspend or remove my site" and they show me dmca complains that they should remvoe or suspend my host and again they do not do anything... i think reall warez serve is warezserve.com they have very excellent warez servers... sorry for my bad english.
i think it is allow but when i use offshore shared hosting in panama when dmca contacts my datacenter and complains to datacenter about my site my data center suspend my host.
i agree blackmetal.I have chatted with the staff and they are really helpful and friendly...I had trouble accessing there site once and they gave me all the info i need.The prices are great for what you get aswell. really i have many customers for reseller and shared hosting and i decied contact warezserve.com and fillout Affiliation application for them and they accept me as reseller and when they does not consider to vbulletin email and dmca complaint i intreset that do advertise for them because this is first warez hosting i can use it without any problem!! and i offer if you want warez hosting that do not have any problem with complaint and etc use warezserve.com services.

i apologize from warezserve.com and other friend to answer you because i am not warezserve staff... dear redoxide yes they accept paypal,in my reseller panel i can pay via liberty reserve but i do not know they accept liberty reserve for users..the best way is contact with live support or shoot email for them. and dear sharmaine warez service is a hosting you can install nulled scipts,uplaod media files,etc without any body prohibit you.
yep thats true i think it is the best one around.Also if u do wanna contact support they respond very quickly and do always answer your questions
