Saw a video on YouTube yesterday, showing a weight lifter at the olympics. He lifted the weight but then his arm buckled and bent backwards, causing him to fall to the floor in pain? Did anyone else see this? I really feel for the guy! Must have been horrible to see live. On the clip I saw yesterday, the commentators were saying "oh we don't want to see that again", but then the clip was played another 4 times from different angles. I'm not going to post a link to a video as they all seem to be getting removed for copyright violation. Post if you saw it!
I felt sorry for that guy. The pain must be really terrible and I just can't imagine what it would be like. I don't want to see the clip ever again.
Agreed. They were pretty quick off the mark getting it covered though, so hats off to the team behind the scenes there.
The link for it is here: http://www.nbcolympics.com/video/share.html?videoid=0816_SD_WLM_AU_L1688 It happened to Janos Baranyai from Hungry.

I used to be a weight lifter and while I never dislocated a bone, I pulled plenty of muscles, some that laid me up in bed for weeks. I can feel for the guy.
