I know many are selling clickbank's products using email marketing. Because it need 3 to 5 time approaches to close a sale. Therefore, use email marketing if you're planning to sell clickbank products.
I'm not sure if you can look at it as "better". You have to think about what you need. GetResponse is considered a decent alternative.
this is too open a question. Lot's of people make money in lots of different ways, bum marketing, article marketing, forum marketing, ppc, etc. You need to find what works for you, and what you want to do.
It's just the same as making money anywhere else online... 1-Find/Create a hungry market... 2-Find/Create something they need... 3-Create an irresistable offer for it... 4-Show the market the offer... 5-Count the money... 6-Rinse & repeat ad infinitum
This is a good list, I would add "testing" to the mix so that you can optimize your business over time.
The best way is through flare prediction, when you can find a product release before others do, create a huge campaign and capitalize on your domination of that niche, then by the time you'll get any competition, you've already had your meal, licked your chops and gone. The leftovers are for the scores of other affiliates to copy your tricks from, by which time you should have sighted your second big target. But in the event this doesn't happen, I'd advise you to try and monitor new product releases, use your sense to judge how much they're worth and act accordingly with a landing page, articles, PPC and what-not. Or see where others are making money, duplicate their efforts (and NOT their content or you will be OWNED). And you should see some results, or just leave aff marketing and try to make money with google, surveys etc. Not everything is for everyone you see.
