How many of you contacted adsense support for one issue or other? I personally contacted them several times and have received late replies or no replies. If you already contacted them for one reason or other, share how you rate them? Also vote on the opinion poll !!
I emailed twice about invalid clicks and they ignored me, I think they probably ignore alot emails unless its important. If it is then you might expect a email within a few days.
Contacted two times till now and both times got replied in timely manner with good support. They are helpful IMO DON.
A guy called me up and told me there are more adsense people working in forums than in Adsense support? Seems like an unsual theory to me Its rather weird to think this way. But this is the second time somebody told me this thing.
yes, this is very much understandable for invalid clicks activity. But in case of other issues where one requires verifiication of ads confirming to adsense policy or informing support about corrective measures taken to confirm to adsense policy, such emails should be taken seriously or publishers will lose confidence.
last time i used adsense support...it was damn slow... it got my reply after 2 days... hope it is okay now
Last time i contacted them i waited for 5-10 days. So i'd say they're slow. But they are always helpful. And that is relevant.
Ahh i don't think they are fast but this is not their problem because they receive so many application daily . But i mailed them two times and get good response .
I would say its just slow because of the huge number of emails they keep getting, and in most cases the reasons would be like ads not showing, less income, suddenly high clicks, low CPM, non relevancy etc which can originally be learnt at http://adsense.blogspot.com
Don't know what causes the differences in responding time; during 5 years using Adsens now I had to contact them 3 or 4 times and my requests always have been answered on the same day, sometimes we exchanged several mails within 24 hours. Never had a problem.
May be you just got lucky, or you sent emails when there were new staff recruited hence quick replies generally for me it took 3days minimum.
