For this money you can buy HP 3in1. HP are great machines my 3in1 printer works 2 years without repairing. Which model? You can choose it but I am for HP.
First thing you need to keep in mind is go for Laser Jet printer and not for Ink jet or you will be loosing money on every refill.
just wondering what is the difference between both ? EDIT : So far I have seen around 5-6 printers on HP Site [All-in-One Printers] all of them were Thermal InkJet ... is there any model in All-in-One category which supports Laser Jet ?
May I know which Epson model you're using right now? You can't get a fax function with 3-in-1 printer. Only 4-in-1 printer offer you the fax function. Choose a printer with individual ink. This can save a lot of your ink cost. One that I can recommend to you is Canon PIXMA MP530 and it suit your budget limit.

No, it's not a laser jet printer. Laser jet printer print paper a lot faster than inkjet. You mostly see this type of printer is using in a company where they need to print a lot of paper but in a short time. If you don't print quite often, inkjet is already enough.

12500 INR = $291 The cost per page of this printer is low that is 1 of the reasons that guy recommended it He gave me 2 options 1) Canon PIXMA MP610 .. but it was slightly expensive + Cost Per Page was high 2) This 1 Epson Style RX690 I like it and the print quality is awesome
Oh! so at the end you go with Ink Jet. BTW how much cost per page in this printer as i am also planning to buy one for myself (currently using old epson lx-1050 - outdated) DON.
I'm gonna throw my Epson Printer outta the window soon =D You could have asked me.. It needs around 6 color individual ink If 1 color dries or finishes.. Others won't work until you don't replace it. Black Color is expensive in Epson.. Bad Luck! I hate Epson and I have around 3 Printers(2 Laser Jet and 1 B/W) + 1 Stupid Epson which is lying dead since 6 months. Cost per Copy in my printer is about Rs 20 = $0.50 Another thing.. Most of the Epson heads have defect.. You will come to know within 6 months are u start seeing white lines in your Print outs and your Tech asks for Rs 2000 to fix it or buy a new printer(same happened with me.. Replaced the head 3 times and after that I quit fixing it!! LOL) Anyways.. Good Luck with your Printer.. =D

The cartridges can be refilled but then the company doesn't give guarantee of print quality :| so I'll be buying new cartridges as they get empty, Rs 800 is still affordable for me I went with my tech guy to buy the printer I talked with the seller too for me Cost per page = Rs 5.50 thats great I would say
