It is simple. The results are good. If you are going for a simple site with a tool that works, I like it.
I like it too - simple, useful. Question: doesn't the Google Directory contain the same sites as the DMOZ directory? You could also include use stats from Quantcast.com and Compete.com
One more thing - when you click on the links for say "Indexed pages on Yahoo" it navigates you to a new page and if you hit back on your browser, you have to re-submit your website to see the stats again. You might want to consider either caching the results, so the user can hit "back" or opening up the link in a new window/tab.

Google grab data from DMOZ but sometime on google dir you can't find certain web which is exist on DMOZ. Is it necessary? usually people just rely on Alexa stat. Advise please. Alexa might be the most popular, but all those services are vastly inaccurate, so as a webmaster I like to keep track of all of them (maybe I shouldn't keep track of any of them?). The big baddie there is butchered grammar: "After click the above button, please be patient to wait DiagnosticoWeb gather all datas" It would also be a good thing to tell visitors what this information can do for them. "Find out who thinks your web site is wonderful, find out what makes them think so," etc..

I like it lean and simple As for the speed: This site has to gather a lot of information, and taking this into consideration about 10-15 seconds (this is what it took for my try) is totally ok....
