I think you'll find that you'll be getting it back for the 3rd time and no, there isn't a way to get it back. You know how I know? These people don't lie. Hopefully you've learned your lesson and won't go around to other sites sending people crap that they don't want (although it seems you haven't).
Its gone, Make a new one and slow down your activity. Now you can't verify your Mobile Number again, I guess. Maybe your not a spammer.. But you might have 100's of apps and thousands of friends.. Until your a Celeb or someone "Famous" your a Spammer for Facebook staff.. Try contacting them

Actually, it depends on their mind. And their rules. You chose to break their rules, and they disabled your account. You promised to change and they gave you a second chance. Then you did the same thing again. I agree with their decision, and if was up to me, you'd never get your account again. You obviously did not learn your lesson the first time. What is the point in giving you yet another chance to break the rules again. In other words, there is no way to get your account back. They said no. Period. Give it up and walk away.
