Hmmm i have 1 yahoo group with 17141 members and about 22000 users on my google groups Sure my groups are moderated
Ok Guys, just installed glype on my server and its working. Should I upload the cookies.php and disclaimer.php files from the extras folder too?
yeah, you should upload them because they are really useful. Edit the diclaimer if you want to. What version of glype did you use?
I downloaded the latest one from their site, 0.5.3.1. I tried logging in to gmail and it gives me a 404 error. What does the cookies.php does anyway?
there is a link in glype for user to clear their cookies. So, if you have that file on your server, the clear cookies option will work.
Oh, thanks for that. What about the myspace.com.php files in the plugins folder? Are they any useful? Pardon my ignorance, this is the first time I'm using glype. P.S How can I fix the gmail error?
the myspace and facebook file are the plugin for that proxy to access those sites. You can go to glype forums and get the latest modification of the script as people keep updating it whenever myspace or other's update theirs.
as everyone is flaunting their group strength lemme even do mine l;ol .... i got 1 group with 3 members lol whic am yet to promote lol Even has tired the AUTOPOSTER... prince4life(andrae) is selling ?
I'm planing to start up a small network in September, like the old days Can anyone PM me some links to some good google/yahoo proxy groups? Preferably ones that aren't moderated.
It is most said that GROUPS/MySpace bultns provide the REAL traffic on proxies than proxy lists ! Listings @ topsites is usually copied on zillion blogs and groups that are moderated(NOT ALL OBVIOUSLY) and sent out! Even my observation is that usually the DUMB non techy crowd aka the facebook geeks are more depended on these sources THAN the toplists!
I have been reading through this thread but haven't found the best ads to put on the proxified pages. I have tried adbrite and am not earning very much. My site gets loads of traffic, but I am getting just a little money. Any suggestions would be welcome.
