    Do you maybe know solution for limited accounts? I have 2 indian accounts, but person who opened them for me vanished, and I have $1300 in this 2 accounts...

    Huh. No way - as they are totally fake. All those tricks available are fake. Once limited, the account is dead (u can accept) and there is no way of recovering FAKE accounts.
