please help me paypal limited my account and reserved all the money i have sent

my account is limited and i cannot prove it is my account because paypal donot support my country so any money in the account is lost i know that

but the problem that paypal put a held on every money i have sent

and the result will be completing the payment or reversing it

can you please

tell me what the people send to paypal to make the payment complete i donot want the payment to be reversed i want the payment be completed

plzz help me


i didnot make any thing illegale all the money i have from doing service on dp

and if the payments is not completed which i sent this will be very bad

 

Sorry to put it this way but it's your own fault that this has happened.

Edit: You knew that by using PayPal even though you weren't supposed to, you were taking a risk. This is the type of action that PayPal takes when someone doesn't follow the rules. You state that the money that you've made was legitimate yet you didn't use the service the correct way. So with that said, there is basically no way of getting out of your problem and we can't help you with a solution.

But be careful for next time. Take some action now.
* Do not use PayPal, because your country is not PayPal supported country.
* Use other payment method like Moneybooker.
* If you want to use again PP then received from trusted PayPal user. Better use your relative, friend account, who live in PayPal allow country.

In a way, you did scam them by signing up for a paypal account with fake information and so I believe you know that what has happened to you would happened at the time you signed up for it. Paypal has a list of countries it supported and those it does not, it is not like they allow you to break that rule or something.

There is really no way you would have access to the money anyways so instead of having paypal keep it, just do the right thing and let all those who paid you request for a dispute and get their money back.

Take it as a learning experience one which you should treasure for the rest of your life. Hope that you would become a better person in the future and not lie and cheat when it comes to sign ups.

There is no way you can unlimit your account and there is no way you would have access to the money if you could do so in the first place.

First you said you couldn't make payments and that was the concern. Then it's about receiving money that is your main concern.

what is your paypal account country , you can resolve this probleme with a vcc and a virtual bank account , but be careful when buying vcc or bank account .

Basically, there is nothing you can do as others have said. Even if you send them your address now, they will just lock your account forever because you are in a country they don't support. You just have to deal with the after effects of this, as it is your only choice.

3. What is the address you used when signing up.

Dude, just forget about regaining your paypal money.
You have already violated TOS of paypal by signing up with fake info. Making a phone call to paypal representatives will not help you.

 

Just forget about the account - If you have violated their tos thay are not going to go lightly on you

Your Best bet is to make a new account under a new email but make sure all of the information is accurate
