Can anyone give me some tips about making money with my proxy? I own http://www.j9j.org and I tried many things to get clicks like answering, posting...... and still nonthing what can I do to get a few clicks?
to be host you will not get rich with proxy website I also run a proxy website its a PR3 proxy website. And more then 50% of the traffic is from search engines, and most of the traffic comes from USA. And the adsense revenew only pays my server cost, thats it.
Proxy is a Niche that is low paying + the CTR for this Niche is also very low. Anyway, try to optimize your ad placements. Use different ad units and see which one performs the best. And increase the traffic.
what kind of traffic are you getting? proxy sites usually have very low CTR (usualy less than 1%) so you will need lot of traffic to make few pennies
do not use pics ads use only text ads they pay more and better thats from an experience i have with php proxy sites
thats because your proxy site is not a high traffic one you may buy some traffic , promote ,... to get a higher PR website and some more google search results try to exchange some links you may try www.Addvertise.info to have huge traffic (up to 4500 hits a day) and www.proxytoday.info to submit your proxy site for free
Their are so many guys on dp those have more than 30+ proxy sites and they know how much they are earning . Go and try something else this niche has tough competition .
