I would like an honest opinion from the "experts" regarding my Canadian travel site Day Trips Canada - http://www.day-trips.ca It was built for 2 reasons with the long term goals of continual expansion. First reason was as a source of income (small but consistent). The second reason was because I have been looking on the internet for the very same thing and never found it. We often have nothing to do on a Saturday and want to find something close by that we've never done before -- not always the big attractions but sometimes that little cliff at the end of a road or similar. That's why the site was created. In design, I tried to keep a mix of usability (keeping it designed for the users first) and then followed closely by being search engine friendly. Thanks in advance!
I think your header image should be tweaked to accommodate the white text overlaying it. It's hard to read white text on a white background and that happens in parts of the waterfall image. Add some detail/pattern to the orange bar so it doesn't look so bland. The search button itself looks a little awkward. Outside of those things, your page looks good.
The site looks nice and clean and easy to navigate I like the way the image in the header changes every time you navigate to a different page it's very unique.
Very nice and clean site. Just one point, make the logo/slogan in the header a bit more logo like instead of plain text.
I had left it plain text for SEO. Basically it puts a link back to the homepage with the anchor text "Day Trips Canada" at the top of every page. Does this even matter for SEO?
its look very nice and series i think you should publish less details in your home page that it will look more "clean"
