If you're not getting responses, you may want to look at the competitiveness of your sales pitch.

There are plenty of people here offering a similar package for $15-16. And I have never seen one in this price range that doesn't allow at least 5 titles. I have paid as little as $8 for 1000 submissions here within the last month...and in that case, only 3 titles were allowed. But under normal circumstances and at normal prices, that's not enough titles.

It might be worth making some adjustments and seeing if that makes a difference.
