I need STRONG high PR backlinks for a financial site. Are these comments going to be placed on blog posts WITH PR? Say a blog has PR6 but it's blog post has no PR and if you comment on it, you'r never going to enjoy the PR juice. Can you provide me with more details? Thanks!
