GFX or Photoshop Forum

Does anyone know of any big GFX or Photoshop forums where people show their work and have tutorials and stuff. Like a forum like this but for designing.

yeah i remember a few years ago i saw some pretty cool GFX fourms that were big.. just cant remember what they were

I spend some time searchign for a good gfx photoshop forum but nerver found a forum I liked.

most forums were just about crerating signatures
