$30 Logo Design Contest:

-Paid via PayPal to winner within 24 hours of end of contest.
-Must be in a format I can work with (or that you can turn into a .jpg, .png, etc.)
-Contest will last one week.

I need a logo designed for natural health supplement and food store that sells
-vitamins and supplements
-homeopathic remedies
-natural foods, like alternative sweeteners, pasta & sauce, dairy (eggs, milk, butter) and meat (organic beef & chicken)
-sports nutrition products
-herbal and healing high quality natural teas
-a line of green cleaning and household products
-natural make-up, body, & baby-care products

Healthy Alternatives is very education-oriented with their clientele, taking the time to figure out the best “healthy alternative” to meet someone’s needs. We’re doing a full-color front and back-side business card and would like to use the logo on that as well as other promotion and marketing material (e.g. stationary, brochures, print ads, yellow pages, etc.)

We’re thinking of a slogan like,
“Healthy Alternatives – Where Natural Choices Make A Healthy Difference”, or
“Natural Alternatives – Healthy Solutions”

The slogan is does NOT have to be part of this design – it’s just something that we’d like input on. We’re paying for the logo design.- the slogan will be decided on later. If using a certain font, please include that info with the design as we’ll use that on the card, etc.

In design number 2 the "alternatives" is kind of hard to read.

 

Here's my entry. The color background and text fonts can easily be adjusted. Feedback is much appreciated.

Here's my design for the contest, I tried to go with a cool green eco-friendly type logo because those designs are really in style lately. The design is fully scalable which means it can be blown up to any size you want without any loss of detail. I can supply the design in any format you like: PNG, JPEG, PSD, EPS, PDF, etc. I also do other design work such as: business cards, letterhead, etc., which I can do in the same style of the logo if you choose my design. Feedback would be great, thanks!

1. Like the overall color and attractiveness. Very nice color and crispness.
Don't like the redundance of name and logo, would rather see the logo and name on top like it is and the white area contain address and telephone info, etc. or some other relevant art.

Not really what i had in mind, too bland, we do more than just sports (triangle pics) Not sure how to fix this one!? Maybee use different graphics (nix the triangle).

Logo 2:
1. Really like, definitely caught my attention. Like the image of guy portraying happy, juvient life.
2. Name needs to stand out more, don't use fade, maybe diff. color.
3. Possibly make the card color itself brilliant purple, with maybe sharp green writing, and leave the guy in black. Something that is catchy and classy looking. (really would like to see the design with these color changes)
